necklace joy
Aug. 25th, 2002 03:03 pmdespite being not entirely sober last night, i managed to take some decent pics of some necklaces i've strung lately.
these first two are flourites. the yellow-green one is called a "7up" flourite; the other has rivers of chocolate in green. i bought them loose, set them in pre-fab settings, and strung them myself.

this last one is balinese silver with red tigerseye beads - the photo doesn't do it justice, but the beads have beautiful chatoyency. not sure that the ganesh pendant itself is silver, but the clasp and all balinese beads definitely are.

though i've not decided for certain whether i'll sell any of this, it's possible .. i'd probably sell one of the set stones (and keep one), and although i love the ganesh necklace, i have too much jewelry, and don't think i'll keep it. if anything interests you, gentle reader, do let me know. mostly i'm just happy with what i made and wanted to share pics. :)
