Glass Etching...

craftgrrlMy mom and I just hit up the Dollar Tree, and then Hobby Lobby, and bought a TON of glass stuff and glass etching goo...
Sooo we buy all this stuff, and then my mom is reading over the warnings, and telling me about how it can cause death and all that stuff, and to use in a well ventilated area, and how it can cause severe respiratory burns and stuff, and now I'm terrified to use it!
I am such a geek.
I know tons of you have glass etching experience...help me out and tell me everything will be ok?
