More HATS!

since i finally sold a hat on ebay, i am now officially hat-crazy!

Purpley Hat was made with left over Lion Brand Homespun yarn and some more of my friend's remnants. It's soooo soft! I don't know the name of the main Homespun I used because it was left over from a scarf I made for my mother last xmas. It's creamy beige colored with flecks of purple and light pink and green and...well...everything! This hat was all free-formed. No pattern used. The brim has a fun little flare to it that happened "by accident". the entire hat was done in hdc except for the brim which is all sc.

Red and Black Hat was made with black yarn from one of those pound o' yarn skeins and a beautiful, soft, red, boucle, I purchased on ebay. Here's a link to NuMei.com. The red boucle is from them, it was just being sold on ebay. The hat was crocheted entirely in hdc and has an "on purpose" flared brim! :)
