DIY doorways....

I just moved into a new house, and I have the whole basement to myself.

Unfortunately, my bedroom doesn't have a door.

The doorway is rather thick.
So there's enough room for a curtain, as well as another sort of divider.
I plan on checking out some temporary doors at Home Depot, but I thought I'd check with you ladies first.

Do you have any ideas on do-it-yourself doorways?
I was hoping for something that would help soundproof things a tad, but I'm not expecting much.

Any suggestions would be great.
