I got a notebook at the 99 cent store that was a hideous hot pink color, with purple inside front and back pages. I lined the inside front and back with scrapbooking paper, and then painted the covers with acryllic paint (dark & light greens mixed with black for that uneven look), then gold for the spine. Mod podged pictures from various Lord of the Rings calendars, added the wallent picture sleeve to hold the trading card for the window, then polyurentaned the thing.

Birthday gift for a friend. :)
