Making stencils in word - Can we add this to the faq?

This actually probably IS in the faq somewhere, but could we make it its own entry - that we we can legitimately yell at anyone who asks others to make stencils for them. (ALMOST everyone has Word.)
And no, "i suck at doing it myself" is not an excuse. It's called practice. We all had to learn too.

If you have a picture off of the net that you want to turn into a stencil, copy and paste the picture into Microsoft Word, resize it, and then right click the image. Select "Format Picture" and on "Image Control," (might be a toolbar instead) change the "Color" to Black and White. (not grayscale.)

Or you can select greyscale and fiddle with the contrast up and down with the toolbar as well.

edit: I'm using Word 2002, but I've done this with earlier versions too.
