Cobra Sticker

Welp, I am going to make something for my brother for his birthday, but I am having trouble finding a key component - a large cobra sticker or decal - Something along the lines of these

It'd be really cool to get one that's all prism-y or glittery about 18cm - 22cm (apprx 6" - 8") tall. My price limit is $15.

So, I was just wondering if any of you fine people might be able to give me a few ideas of where I could go to find something like this. Ebay was a bust for me. Google had a few options, but nothing I was crazy about. Finding something in a local store would be my favorite way to go, but I've been looking in craft shops and walmarts without finding what I want.
