I am considering buying this spray on fusible web from joanns, but the product description makes it unclear to me what it actually does. It reads,
Spray on Fusible Web. Create a fusible fabric or stabilizer, spray 606 on back of fabric/stabilizer. Allow to dry. Place fabric or stabilizer, glueside down, against the other fabric. Use an iron on medium heat to activate 606 and join fusible to fabric. Acid free. no CFC's. 8 1/2 Fluid Ounces.
Can anyone explain to me what that means?
