The Reveal
Apr. 3rd, 2004 02:00 amMy craft space is done. All clean, organized, and pretty. Whew! I love it.
If you missed the beginning of my dilemma, check out this post for the before pictures.
I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do it since I'm pretty lazy, kind of a slob, and very much a procrastinator. So, needless to say, I'm proud of the final result.

I cut out business card holders for label holders and wrote the labels on old business cards from work.
Tonight I made a curtain to cover my workspace and I hung some of my dad's paintings I've had in hiding for about 5 years now.

Here's a detail of the curtains. I whipped them together from some fabric I had bought for a halloween costume I never made. I didn't want to double over the hemmed edges so I used the cute zig-zag stitch instead. Somehow I even managed to get some even-looking pleats in there.

Welp, that's it. I know I couldn't have done it without all your suggestions, ideas, and support. Thank you all very, very much.
