hey i have a quick question, id like to make my boyfriend a hoodie for his birthday, how would i go about doing this?

basically i want it to be a medium to a large more toward a large for extra room, and id like it to be black (im unsure of what fabric to use) and im going to iron on a shai hulud decal

does anyone know how i would make this? or a place where i can find a pattern to make it by?
