yoga mats

Trying to have a change of lifestyle, I'm going to try and attempt to have a much more healthy diet, as well as exercise often, and pick up my interest in yoga once again.

But because I am brokebrokebroke and am not about to spend $20-30 on a yoga mat that is really a piece of ugly blue foam, I was wondering if you crafty girls have any ideas on how to make my own yoga mat on the cheap, or things I could substitute as one. :)
