wallet woes

craftgrrlI was wondering if anyone knows how to make the little picture inserts that go into wallets. I need a new wallet and I keep seeing all of these fantastic ones, but the problem is that they don't have the little slots for pictures, which I really want. Is there any way to make them? Out of what? How?
