May. 31st, 2004 02:14 amI've been sewing on some thin cotton fabric, but it keeps bunching at the seams. So whenever I am done sewing both seams, I need to slide the fabric down on the thread so it is straight, and not bunched up anymore.
Then I inspected my work, and noticed that some of the seams had popped from all the straightening, and I am wondering what is going on. The stiches I am using aren't any smaller than they should be.
I am not using any interfacing or anything on the fabric.
Does anyone know how to amend the situation? Is the tension too tight on my sewing machine? are my stiches too small?
