Two questions...

I want to do felt appliques on a dress, how well do they hold up to washing?


I need reccomenddations for excellent fabric paints, I dont want something that will peel off or fade tremendously or crack or get otherwise skuzzy. I want to do some designs on a tank and I want them to be as close to a silkscreen as possible without looking like complete junk.
