semi-dilemma

have three pictures I drew and I really want to put them on tshirts but I'm not sure what is the best way to go about it. The problem is they're kinda delicate and I would like all the detail to be placed into it. I'm not sure if a transfer would work or should I just paint it on a t-shirt. What would you guys recommend? The pictures are behind the lj-cut but I warn you that they are rather large (so you can see the detail). They are super huge, so proceed with caution.
