Christmas baskets?

I am going to make each of my girl friends a custom basket of stuff for Christmas. I browsed www.marthastewart.com last night and came up with some ideas. The contents, by the way, are totally dependent on what my local craft store has in stock (I live in Canada and not everything is always available here).

In each I am thinking of including:

• A scarf each (which I will knit)
  
  
• Homemade soap cubes.
  
  
• Homemade lip balm.
  
  
• Either lavender pillows or organza sachets.
  
  
• Chocolate truffles.
  
  
• Maybe a homemade recipe book for Leah, and something else for Sarah (because she doesn't cook).

  Hot Chocolate Mix
  
  1 -14 qt box nonfat dry milk powder
  1 -1 lb jar powdered non-dairy creamer
  1 -2 lb box Nestle's Quick
  1 -2 lb bag powdered sugar -- sifted
  1 -15 oz jar malted milk powder
  1 cup unsweetened cocoa (Dutch process is best)
  
  Mix all ingredients together in a very large bowl and mix well. Store in airtight containers.
  
  Instructions to make cup of hot chocolate: Mix 1/3 cup of dry mix with 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir and top with mini marshmallow, if desired.

And that's all I have for now. Anyone have any suggestions?

Oh yeah, I think I am going to give jars of the homemade hot chocolate mix as gifts to acquaintances also.
