fishbowl

I had an idea last night to print and laminate some photos of goldfish and have them in a fishbowl so it looks like there are real fish in the bowl. I can't work out how to make the "fish" stay underwater and stand up vertically, so they're not floating on top of the water (deadfish). Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.
