Candy people?

I went to my local grocery store to get some ice cream and discovered Lifesavers on sale. They are normally like $0.60, but they are on sale now, 8 for $1.00.
Now what crafty thing can I do with them??
I was thinking of making people out of them...but I could only come up with an idea that involved yarn, wooden beads and foam.
I was thinking I could make them and sell them at the local flea market for like a buck or something.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I was thinking of making a train too...I have some hershey kisses and I can glue them on there....what to do for wheels though....herm....
I will buy more supplies if I have too, but I really don't want to.
