I've watched for a few weeks and, like others, find everyone's work very inspiring.

I have one project I've been working on for what seems like forever and a day- basically a crochet bag with removable lining- all handsewn. Just thought I'd share...

Ok..so....

The crochet part of the bag was antique white but I somehow got green ink on it so I dyed it green to cover the snafu. Directions for crochet bag can be found here: http://www.save-on-crafts.com/parflemarbag.html

CROCHET BAG

LINING
The lining I created from cotton fabric by measuring the width of the bag and just making a pouch. Not my brightest move since the bag is round not square...The next one I make will be cylindrical. The lining is double-sided and can be inserted in the crochet bag or carried as is. I added beads where the strap could weave through.
