Screen Printing Ink
Aug. 9th, 2004 02:03 amI'm looking online at screen printing inks, and it seems like the ones that air-dry are more expensive (and less durable) than the ones that require to be heated.
For instance, the one I'm looking at says
...will not air dry, and must be heat cured. Inks will fully cure and withstand repeated washings when the entire ink deposit reaches 300°F (149°C). They have excellent washability. Dry cleaning is not recommended. How do I heat it? Can I just heat up an oven to 300 and pop the shirt in on a tray? How long would I keep it in?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give. :)
