Yeh! I DID it! I made soap. WOW how easy can you get... Really. Microwave, color, scent, pour. Rinse, repeat. Now I want to make my own molds of silly things like baby heads. We'll see. I don't think my fam wants babyhead soap for x-mas but my guy friends might!! yeah.

Here they are! I used a mold with these chinese symbols in 'em. Then I melted,
mixed in blue and drissled it in the mold symbols. I then put em in the 'fridge
to solidify a bit. In the time it took to melt and mix the purple it was ready
for the next color. I had a littl e blue left in the cup so I just added red to
what I had and ended upw tih this rich purple. If you look closely you can see
that I didn't use all my soap in purple. I wanted to try out the yellow so I cleaned
out my cup and made a batch of yellow to finish them off. It cost me more than
eggspected but I think I might buy some in bulk to make soap for ...well...EVERYone.
Why not. It's fun and easy. Next I want to try painting with the colored wax!




I chose mint-eucalyptus(sp?) for the scent. I love it. I think the cat thought
I added too much but what does he know? I'm the Soap Pirate Arrr.
