crochet instructions

i made two diagrams for making crochet hats and mittens to help out a fellow craftgrrl. someone recently posted about crochet hats as well.

i hope these can help out someone else too. they aren't prefect, but if you know how to crochet you should be able to understand these.

i can't read patterns, and i just came up with these myself. so if you don't mind general instructions, proceed on to





i know it's very confusing, but if you think about the peices that make the hat you can figure it out yourself as well. remember that nothing has to be perfect, and you can always undo mistakes, or add on more yarn.

please don't ask me to help you understand these because it's really difficult over the computer! if you know how to crochet in rows (a scarf, blanket, etc.) these should make sense:)
