but you must believe in something...
Sep. 23rd, 2004 10:41 pmhi everybody!
first post cause this is the first time i had the handy dandy camera phone around when i actually finished what i was working on..
i've been wanting a little black zip hoodie for quite a while now, but none have struck my fancy, so...
i made my own..

i photo copied images of the Cruxshadows cross and printed out one of their recent taglines "Live. Love. Be. Believe."
then i took this "removable" glue and attached the print outs/copies to contact paper, cut out the images with an X-acto then peeled off the parts that i wanted painted and the copy paper.
then i slapped another piece of contact paper on top of the stencil, pulled off the backing and attached it to the shirt.
just used plain old matte fabric paint and one of those cheap foam brushes to apply the paint and then peeled off the contact paper before the paint started to dry.
the image shows the back and left sleeve of the shirt, there's nothing currently on the front but i'm debating putting the band logo (just the name) on the front left breast area, but i've yet to decide.
so there be my first post!
you guys make some absolutely incredible stuff and i hope to have more to post soon.
