Snaps

I recently found these in my supplies and was wondering if anyone could tell me how I'd go about assembling/using them? I tried to show different views of the three types of parts. The far right pieces snap onto the middle ones. I think the ones on the left are the top parts, but I can't figure out how it all goes together. Or even if it does.
