craftgrrlFor Halloween, I would really like to be a retro/mod/60s-70s go go girl. (I'm not even sure if that is the right term, I'm just envisioning something very Austin Powers-esque... bright colors, mod prints, etc) But, being very limited in funds, I would like to either make my outfit from clothes I have, or buy them very cheap somewhere else. Does anyone know what I could wear to get that "look"? And where I could buy the clothes cheaply? And could I make them myself from stuff I already have?
