I need help making a halloween costume! I'm trying to make part of an Aquabat costume for a friend and myself. I need to make the hats and goggles. (and possibly a cape)




I'm thinking about using felt if possible becuase it's cheap and i'm just wearing it for a few hours to a costume party. Anyone know how i should go about doing this? I have a sewing machine and i can follow patterns and do easy projects without patterns.
