ipod case

i want to make a case for my ipod. i know i can knit one, but i'd rather sew one. i never sew, but if it's a simple pattern, i think i could hack it.

i went online to try to find some patterns, but i couldn't. i did find this:





on this web site. and i loooove these cases. i can't make anything like that, but a nice pouch with a flap would do.

does anyone have a simple pattern? or could you help me try to figure out the measurements and make up a pattern myself? THANKS!
