Christmas Gift Ideas

Are any of you making Christmas gifts for your friends and family?

I am poor and I'm trying to come up with something that I can make for a bunch of the girls I work with.  I am completely out of ideas.  I was thinking one of those cookie mixes you put in a jar with the directions, but those are overdone.  I was going to try to crochet something for them, but I don't think I have that kind of time.  I could just make my Christmas cards, but I wanted to do something else.  Do any of you have any good ideas or suggestions?
