crafty girls and crafty apartments

Hi hi hi...

I've never posted but have been here admiring everyones lovely creations for a month or so now.. really excellent stuff !!
In particular love all the sushi stuff being passed around! :)

Anyway, I think the only thing I've done in the last few months that would be considered crafty would be painting my new apartment...

I used a great technique to make the ceilings look higher. Darker paint around the edges, and continued adding water as it gets to the top so its nice thin and lightly colored.

I got all my colors in the "MISTINT" section of Home Depot. Gotta love $2 gallon unwanted paint.
