TOW Knitting Issues

craftgrrlHey everyone. Firstly - let me apologize for this Text-Only Post. Such bad form, I know.
BUT, I do have some questions that if get answered well enough for my silly-ness, could result in some pretty crafty photos! So, yay for that.
1.) Does anyone have any good knitting instructions for buttonholes? It would be much appreciated.
AND
2.) I have the Stitch n' Bitch book, but I left it at university (I'm at home currently), could anyone copy the Kitty Ears Hat pattern for me? More appreciation headed your way.
