Felt beads?

craftgrrlI have been looking around on the net and in the memories but i havent found anything about how to make felt beads. I have a few friends w. little ones and i think these would be perfect for them as they couldnt be hurt while wearing them, so i was wondering if anyone knew how to make them? Thanks in advance!
