hey gals!
My name is Annie, I'm 18 and live in Montana.
I love to craft, anything. sew, make buttons, knit, art, collage, soap, jewelry, you name it..
some of my interests are music (rock n roll, we'll loosely say " punk ", some indie, oldies ) bikes, sunny days, love!, you know..
there are no crafts for this particular post ( sorry, I'll get on that soon )
but I have a question
I help out with the high school special ed kids and am supposed to help them with a project. This can be art, baking, music, science, anything. The project should only take up about one class period ( an hour ) but I could probablly even out a way to make it longer as long as not too much time was dedicated to it. I have a lot of ideas but I want to do something really fun and creative. I was thinking maybe planting flowers and making flower arrangements but I'm not sure having flower pots in the room would be a great idea. I could do something they could help out with but I'd have to control, like those wax paper melted drawings you make, except I would have to iron. I want to include them as much as possible. I have to be very careful with safety with these people, and also a lot of them can't really do much physically. They are like children, but I love them! I want to do something simple, slightly challenging, but still fun and suitable for their needs.. so.. any ideas?
