hey gals, i have a question. there was a skirt posted here(i am pretty sure) and it was made from a tee shirt and was yellow with a owl on it. It was like a10 min skirt but with a ruffle. i want to make one, but before i cut up my shirt, i want to look over the turtorial again. I looked through the memories and stuff but i cannot find it! if anyone has it it would be awsome. thanks!
