Needing help

craftgrrlI want to take pictures from a coloring book and paint them on my sons wall.
My questions are
1. Is there any kind of rub on transfer paper I could use to get the image out of the book and then on the wall?
2. If I use craft paint is it harder to paint over? We will have to cover anything that we paint so I would like to get something that is easier not harder to cover.
