Unicorns and Blythe dolls.
Feb. 3rd, 2005 02:05 pmThese aren't very good pics, but you can kinda get the idea.. I might post some better ones when i've taken the proper shots of the unicorn :)

For my current university project i've been making a small model unicorn that I'm going to place in a set (once i build it). Its made from air-drying clay (reinfoced with nylong stuff) painted with white acrylic (black for the eyes) and has white synthetic hair. My next addition to this project are some other imaginary characters made from polymer clay. Then i have to get some newclay stuff for a small stop motion animation I'm going to do with the characters... Oh oh the excitment.
Also in that picture is my blythe doll, sally. At the moment she's in the middle of customisation, so she has no scalp, poor thing. Thus the makeshift hat! heh. I've just matted her face which you might be able to see a little, and she has no makeup on at the moment either (that was all sanded off during matting)
