I bought this dress, at Value Village, and fell in love with it! Unfortunately, it was too small. I bought it anyway.. because I'm weird like that. I didn't want someone else to have MY dress! Then, a friend of mine told me I should make it into a skirt. So, I did. It was kind of a pain in the bum to take all the seams out. It was already too small, so I didn't want to just cut the seams. I took the waist seam out, and took out the zipper. I had to make the skirt shorter, because, well, it didn't fit! So, the shorter I made it, the bigger it got. I have no tie, or zipper, it sits just right on my big birthin hips! I am IN LOVE with it! Tell me what you think!
