Anyone here experienced in making knitting charts?  I've got a bit of a debacle.

It's supposed to be Audrey Hepburn, for the Poster Boy bag from SNBN.   I'm not sure if I did it exactly right, but when it comes to knitting it, I might be able to make a few creative decisions to make it work.

What do you think?  Does it look like her? What about when I knit it?  Any suggestions?
