I have a friend who just bought a messenger bag for his school stuff/laptop. He loves it, but the strap has no padding or anything and somewhat hurts. Is there anyway to insert padding or attach it? I'm not sure if you can tell me without more of an idea of what the bag looks like, so I can get a picture if you need one...
