Bags by "lost"

I've spent my morning making bags, here are the fruits of my labour.
I've made three bags all using a new fabric that i bought the other day. I used a black and white check and then altered and changed my designs by using other base colours and stitches.
anyway, here is the first bag:


This bag is made out of cotton and is fully lined with white cotton.

I used a machine stitch to add interest around the top hem in red and also a running stitch alond the straps. There is also a black and white small flower with a red star centre for decoration.

The second bag i made is much the same as the first one, it's another bucket bag design:

The bag is the same material as the previous bag and is lined inside with a fully lined pocket which is made out of the checked material.

There is a small amount of stitch detail around the top hem of the bag.

And finally my favorite bag:

The bag is made out of the same check but is teamed with a soft blue brushed cotton.
This ba is larger than the other two with a longer strap so you can wear it from your shoulder.
The bag is also lined with blue fabric and has a large lined pocket in the checked material.

detail on the bag is provided with a few badges and a machine stitch in black.
