So, my dad's on this garage sale kick (he got a copy of MS word 97 and Battle Chess for $1, so he's gone crazy) and I'm on this thrifting kick, which does not bode well for either of our wallets. Well, we stopped at this garage sale yesterday, and we were looking at stuff. He bought some christmas ribbon (I wanted an xmas tree topper that was really cool and would kick ass on top of a staff, but he wouldn't get it for me) and a box of boxes, and then we found this tin, and for 50 cents, I got a tin full of BUTTONS!!

ahh!!

Well, anyway, we thought we were done, until I was looking at this sewing machine. I asked how much it was, and the woman said $40. We were hesitant at first, but it was a Kenmore, probably 15 years old, and it came with two boxes of cams. It was a done deal when we plugged it in, and it ran SILENTLY. I got all excited, and then the woman came over to me while my dad was writeing the check, and she asked me if I liked crafts. I smiled and said that I loved crafting, and she walked me over to a box of random stuff and started packing it all up. "here, take this" 0.0 What was the box full of? Scrapbooking paper, random stencils, earring posts, "jewelery paper" (I'm still trying to figure out what that is lol), and just a ton of stuff. But my favorite part was...

FEATHERS!!! There's probably 25 birds worth of feathers in this box, and I have NO idea what to do with them. I'll find something... I just wanted to brag

:P
