In my last post I showed off a purple Dora pillow that I made for my friend's daughter's 3rd birthday...



These are just 2 rectangle pillows. I wanted to do different shapes and sizes...one is longer and skinnier than the other. The pattern on the fabric made me feel a little crazy because it's so busy.


I was going for a floor-type pillow with this one. It's basically just a pillow case with snaps on one end, that way if it gets dirty her parents can just throw it in the wash. It's big enough for a standard sized bed pillow.



I have a couple of other projects that I'm working on, but I need to go buy some bigger knitting needles first. Right now all I have are size 2...and the yarn that I'm working with...it's killing me. Must buy bigger needles.
