alternative uses for cabochons

craftgrrlI found these AWESOME porcelain cabochons at a bead store. I bought some small oval ones to make earrings. They also had large (1.5" diameter) circular ones--one had a matador on it. I really want to buy it, but I can't think of anything to do with it. I don't know how to set cabochons, nor do I have any of the tools, etc.
I'm just looking for alternative uses. I was able to use the small ones for earrings...but the circular one is just too big. I can't think of anything other than a lapel pin, but that seems boring. Your thoughts?
