I have been mad crafty today.

I am decopauging a coffee can for my boyfriend. Yes, I know its after christmas, this idea came to me a little late, but anyway....

I wrapped a coffee can with masking tape once.
I put one piece of white paper above the masking tape.
I glued desired pictures (he's a bog deftones fan, so I put stickers and stuff of them all around it).
I put on two coats of mod podge glossy.
In one part of the picture I glued on you can see the text on the back of the page.
next time I know better.
Also, for anyone who knows about coffee cans and stuff, how do you make something with out having whatever you put on it take that shape? You know the indents around the whole can? I thought I did good by putting masking tape and paper down, but it wasn't thick enough. BLAH.
As well as this coffee can is a pencil holder, you can make your own magnets and post little reminders around the can. I was also thinking of buying some cork board in the raw and gluing some on the can, so it would be a push pin can. Another cool idea, is to paint it with that stuff that turns it into a chalk board.
