Soap Crafting Help
Dec. 4th, 2005 01:15 pmText only...sorry for the inconvenience.
I was wonderin if I could possibly use any essenial oils or fragrance oils in my glycerine base instead of the scents they have at joanns and michaels. I made soaps for xmas last year and they all were a hit, but I find that the scent wasnt really there. And in the few soaps that had a scent to them, when u used them the scent didnt transfer on to u. So the bars smelled and thats it. I have tons of essential oils (I use em when I give facials) and fragrance oils (for my mist fountain machine) and wondered if that would work without the risk of burnin my house down. Any of you guys know?
Also, anything around the kitchen I can add to em to make em a little bit exfoliant? or invigorant? or anything like that?
Thank you in advance.
