So I have these canvas shoes that i bought last night. But they're white. I don't do white shoes. So I want to dye parts of them. Could I just use watered down fabric or acrylic paint? I was thinking Rit dye wouldnt stay dark enough (i want part of them black). I might have some black Rit dye in my house but if I dont, i REALLY dont feel like running to the store so I was wondering if paint will be OK.
