bridal shower blues
Feb. 1st, 2006 05:13 pmAnyone have creative ideas for a bridal shower? Let me amend that- I'm not in charged, so I'm not allowed to get TOO creative unfortunately (the last shower I helped with was a fantastic full-blown luau). It's one of those church lady showers, but it's my cousin, so as long as I'm helping, I'd like to pep it up where I can.
I HATE the idea of wasting money on fake flowers for centerpieces. Any better ideas? Low-cost or recyclable encouraged.
One thing I already have up my sleeve is to make something like this for game prizes (if we even get to do games):

But according to what her bridesmaid dresses look like (they had a red one on the site, but now I can't find it)
EDIT: I don't think we can use candles in the facility we are having it in.
