This side is Alquerque. The playing pieces are kept in the padded pouch that's attached to the board with a ballchain.

The other side is Checkers, in Swedish colors. :)

And when you get "kinged" you turn your playing piece over and it has a diamond in the middle so you know the difference.
The board was painted with black acrylic. Blue and yellow paper pieces were cut to suit the playing boards. They were decoupaged in place and then both sides were painted with four layers of heavy duty glaze. The pouch is lined with polar fleece for cushioning and is attached with a ballchain so that it can be removed for washing if need be.
