Stencilling help?

craftgrrlSo I have stencilled 2 or 3 shirts in the recent past (one was screenprinted actually), and the ink began fading on all of them fairly quickly! I am using Jacquard textile ink ( http://www.dharmatrading.com/html/eng/1813-AA.shtml ), and have heat-set it according to the directions on the jar. This is driving me mad, and I wanted to ask y'all before I started my next shirt, as it is a gift.
