pattern for boots?

so: do any of you possibly have a pattern or could point me in the direction of one or a tutorial or whatever?

1- i' ve never made shoes or boots before
2- what would i have to know?
3- i' m not u.s.-based

any help or any suggestions considering a pattern would be highly appreciated!
