easy cheap jewellery displays
Apr. 22nd, 2006 09:54 amhey crafty chicas!
i just wanted to thank you all for the stellar advice you've given me in the past. you've helped out SO much, and now i am back yet again to pick your creative brains.
next month i am setting up a booth for my boutique at the toronto clothing show. i need some effective ways of (more or less) of commercially displaying jewellery, including:
what would YOU like to see done? what would make you stop and stare? big displays? lots of color? signs?
if i can't manage to create my own displays in time, then there's always the option of buying premade displays like

http://www.gfried.com

http://cruzaccessories.com
if you have any resources online (ebay or otherwise), or know of stores located in the toronto area, please shoot me a line!
i am also trying to think up a cute way to package the jewellery that is unique and noticeable. right now i include logo buttons and little freeebies with each purchase, but i package everything in little ziploc-style baggies appropriate to the jewellery size. can you think of a better way on a baby budget? any info would help.
thanks guys! you are the bestttt.
xoxo,
'leigh

- necklaces
- bracelets
- pinback buttons
- earrings
- hair accessories (snap clips, alligator clips, barrettes, ponytail holders, hair slides)
- rings (will probably do a record bowl for this)
- wrist cuffs (unfortunately, not the kind that can be laid out flat)
what would YOU like to see done? what would make you stop and stare? big displays? lots of color? signs?
